Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Easy Roth collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies to easyrothconversion.com and the application. Easy Roth is offered to users in the United States only.
What we collect
Account information: email, password hash or Google sign-in identifier, optional name and account type, referral source, and Terms/Privacy versions accepted.
Household and plan data: information you enter or upload to run a plan — balances, income, Social Security, spending, statements, and saved outputs.
Usage and technical data: API paths, status codes, session security data, IP address for abuse prevention. Optional analytics (only if you accept in our cookie banner): aggregate funnel events without financial fields.
Billing (when enabled): subscription status and Stripe identifiers — never full card numbers.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or government IDs. Redact statements before upload.
Why we use it
To operate accounts, run calculations, save plans, optional AI features you request, transactional email, security, billing, product improvement, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI features
When you use AI tools, necessary content is sent to Anthropic for processing. Easy Roth does not train its own models on your household data. AI use is optional.
Who we share with
Service providers under contract: hosting/database (Railway/PostgreSQL), email (Resend), AI (Anthropic), analytics (Google, if you opt in), payments (Stripe when enabled). We may disclose when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Security & retention
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies. HTTPS and CSP are enabled. You may export or delete data from Settings. See Terms and Privacy for export windows and backup retention.
Your rights
U.S. state privacy laws may give you access, correction, deletion, and non-discrimination rights. Use in-app tools or email Easyrothconversion@gmail.com from your account address.
