Easy Roth

Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026 · Version 2.3

Please read carefully. Easy Roth is educational modeling software — not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Section 17 includes binding arbitration and a class-action waiver with a 30-day opt-out. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

Service

Easy Roth helps model Roth conversion scenarios using information you provide. Outputs are estimates, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before any financial decision.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate inputs, lawful use, and compliance with rules that apply to you. Advisors must have authority and consent to enter client data and must independently verify every output before client use.

Subscriptions & refunds

When billing is enabled, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Current-period charges are generally non-refundable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the prior twelve months. See full Terms in the application for complete warranty disclaimers and indemnity provisions.

Disputes

Most disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, governed by New Jersey law (with FAA for arbitration). You may opt out within 30 days by emailing Easyrothconversion@gmail.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

Full Terms

The complete Terms of Service v2.3 (including all sections on AI features, professional users, confidentiality, and termination) is displayed in the Easy Roth application under Legal / Trust → Terms of Service. Request a copy by email if needed.
